What Is Sculptra?
Sculptra is a biostimulator made of poly-L-lactic acid that works differently than traditional dermal fillers. Rather than adding immediate volume, it gradually stimulates your body's own collagen production over several weeks, restoring a more youthful volume and texture over time.
Sculptra is typically given as a series of treatments rather than a single visit, with a maintenance plan to help sustain results. Your treatment plan is built around your goals during a consultation with Brianna Clendenin, APRN.

Your Treatment Plan
Getting started. Most patients start with roughly one vial per decade of life — for example, someone in their 40s often starts around 4 vials — split across treatment sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
Maintenance. To help sustain results, we recommend a maintenance treatment of 2 vials once a year.
How long results last. Results can last up to two years.
